About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support the rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, safety, and overall function.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Team-oriented with a patient-focused approach

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on interventions to support strength, balance, and mobility
- Observe resident performance and report updates to the supervising therapist
- Assist with functional activities and mobility training
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
