About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Georgia. We are growing in Dekalb / Gwinnett counties and are looking to hire a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical home-health field team. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant educational program
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one care and patient / family teaching in the home setting on an intermittent basis.
- Performing duties in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
