About The Position

We are seeking an inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This is a full-time position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. Our clinical staff only see 7-12 patients per day, never the 15-24. All of our therapists get membership with Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), so, if continued education and growth is something you are drawn to; we are the company for you.

Requirements

• Passion around serving others!
• California license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain license.
• AHA BLS required
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Direct and Supervise PT Aides.
