Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years for Physical Therapy Assistants
• Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Must have a criminal background check
• Must have current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled Physical Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes under the direction from the Registered Physical Therapist
