Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient)
About The Position
The Worx Outpatient Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Logan, Utah. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one, patient-centered care with a low patient-to-therapist ratio, allowing you to focus on quality outcomes rather than volume. Sunshine Terrace Foundation is a nonprofit healthcare organization with more than 70 years of service. Our campus provides a full continuum of care, including rehabilitation services, assisted living, outpatient therapy, senior wellness programs, and health education. Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current or eligible PTA license in the state of Utah
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through individualized therapeutic exercise programs
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities
