About The Position
PAM Health is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) with flexible scheduling options to join their team and care for a diverse patient population. The role involves providing direct patient care to chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care in LTACH (Long-Term Acute Care) facilities. PAM Health operates over 80 hospital locations nationwide, emphasizing compassionate care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification required.

- Prior inpatient hospital experience.
- A desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Physical Therapist, be primarily responsible for direct patient care.
- Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System.
- Be involved in the further development of services.
- Be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.
