About The Position
Due to rapid growth, Care IV Home Health is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN or part-time home health physical therapy visits. Join the BEST therapy team in Arkansas today!
Requirements
- Physical Therapist Assistant actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum 6 months of PTA experience required
- As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Follow physical therapy care plans, performing PT, documenting / charting patient progress, updating PT on patient status, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by our Director
