Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Active PTA license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and treatment interventions
- Progress treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment
