Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Virginia PTA license and CPR certification
- Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient care
- Desire for continued professional growth and learning
- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, individualized care
- Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care following established treatment plans and clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Accurately document patient findings, progress, and education provided to patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians, insurance providers, and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Support a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented clinical environment
