About The Position

Ellis & Badenhausen Orthopaedics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for their outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced PTAs looking for a positive work culture. As a PTA, you will collaborate with Physical Therapists to assist patients in regaining movement, reducing pain, and returning to their desired activities. The position emphasizes providing high-quality, individualized patient care, progressing treatment plans, educating patients on home exercises, and motivating them throughout their recovery within a patient-first, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Holds a Kentucky PTA License (or is eligible)
• Excellent communication skills
