Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). The coverage area is Ocala, FL 34471 / Marion County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position utilizes AI-assisted charting to reduce documentation time and offers a user-friendly EMR system (WellSky/Kinnser), allowing clinicians to spend more time with patients. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
