About The Position
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Delray Beach, FL. In this role, you will help patients complete treatment programs designed by the Physical Therapist and support their progress with movement, strength, mobility, and function. With a patient volume of 2 patients per hour, this clinic offers a steady pace where you can stay engaged with each patient’s care.
Requirements
- FL PTA License required
- PTA Degree required
- Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
- Team-oriented and professional
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Follow treatment plans created by the supervising PT
- Provide therapeutic exercise instruction and functional training
- Assist patients with strengthening, balance, flexibility, and mobility work
- Observe patient performance and response during treatment
- Communicate updates to the Physical Therapist
- Support patients with safe movement and proper exercise technique
- Complete treatment documentation accurately
- Help keep treatment areas ready for patient care
