About The Position
Oxford Physical Therapy Centers is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team at the Montgomery Center in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves providing patient care under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, as well as performing various administrative duties. These administrative tasks include assisting patients with scheduling and registration using their software, verifying insurance, answering phone calls, collecting co-payments, preparing deposits, and sending correspondence to medical offices. The company, in operation since 1993, is a 100% physical therapist-owned facility dedicated to serving its community with excellent and progressive physical therapy care.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Recently completed a two-year program for physical therapy assistants from an accredited institution.
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Ohio and Kentucky.
- Committed to providing quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Attention to detail with strong multi-tasking ability.
- Experience and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
