About The Position
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment.
Requirements
- Current PTA License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
- A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
- A drive to continue to learn and elevate your craft
Responsibilities
- Manage a balanced caseload, with top performers treating an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. Double-booking is allowed only if it's not excessive, the therapist is comfortable with it, and it does not negatively impact care.
- Work in collaboration with your supervising physical therapist, having the freedom to use innovative approaches and apply skills gained through continuing education to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with experienced therapists and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab.
