About The Position

If you are seeking home health PTA jobs with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume, this role could be an excellent fit. We are currently hiring full-time or part-time home health Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in and around Bastrop, treating the adult and geriatric population. This position offers a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and tools to reduce windshield time. A tablet, data plan, and supplies are provided, along with paid training, ongoing mentorship, and therapy-first clinical and administrative support. There are opportunities for growth, including leadership roles and career advancement.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
