About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care within luxury Senior Living communities in Leesburg, FL. This position offers PRN with potential for Full-Time employment and a flexible schedule. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to provide the best therapy opportunities and making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active or eligible state license to practice.
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care within Senior Living communities.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy opportunities.
- Act as an extension of the communities served, advocating for patients.
