Requirements
- Active (or eligible) FL PTA license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Accredited PTA program graduate
- Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Support PTs with treatment plans and patient care
- Guide patients through exercises and recovery
- Document progress and maintain quality care
