Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, motivated, and committed to resident-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
  • Monitor resident progress and accurately document treatments and responses
  • Communicate resident updates and progress with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all state and federal regulations
