About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for modern outpatient orthopedic clinics across Nashville, Tennessee. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available at multiple locations. PTAs work alongside experienced clinicians to help patients recovering from injury, surgery, and chronic conditions restore movement and function and return to activities they enjoy. The role offers a collaborative team environment, mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Compensation is listed at $27.00–$34.00+ per hour, negotiable based on experience. Full-time hires may be eligible for sign-on bonuses of up to $5,000. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, or be an upcoming graduate.
Active or pending Tennessee PTA license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
