Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Outpatient Balance & Orthopedic Setting. This outpatient clinic averages 12 visits per day and is supported by AI-assisted documentation along with monthly bonus opportunities. FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bonita Springs is growing and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on treatment, collaboration, and helping patients regain confidence in movement. The clinic emphasizes focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and achieving measurable outcomes for patients. This is not a high-volume therapy environment. Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and patient engagement abilities
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Apply manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise plans
• Track progress and document patient outcomes
• Support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
