About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – East Naples is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing outpatient clinic team. This location serves an active Gulf Coast community with strong demand for orthopedic, balance, and vestibular outpatient services. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced PTA, we provide the structure, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed. The clinic offers a balanced daily schedule with an average caseload of approximately 12 patients per day, focusing on quality care and utilizing technology-driven efficiency with AI-supported documentation tools and advanced equipment for balance and vestibular therapy in a modern outpatient clinical environment.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
Nice To Haves
- New PTA graduates entering outpatient practice
- PTAs within their first two years seeking structured mentorship
- Clinicians interested in expanding skills in vestibular and fall prevention programs
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Carry out individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
