Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts (or in the final stages of licensure)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
- Positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Nice To Haves
- New graduates welcome
- Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Carry out individualized plans of care
- Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs
- Document treatments accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team
- Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment
