About The Position

Results Physiotherapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for its McKinney clinic. The PTA provides hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain movement and return to activities they enjoy. The clinic offers a collaborative environment, mentorship, professional development, and administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care. The role is open to recent graduates and experienced clinicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Texas PTA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
