About the Role: As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Conducting exercises, and activities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function Monitoring patients' progress and reporting any changes to the physical therapist Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team

Requirements

Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Minimum [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
