About The Position
Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at Peaceful Pines of Mitchell in Mitchell, SD, and we're building our therapy team from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing outpatient program while delivering individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional performance
- Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment response to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients on exercises and home programs
- Complete timely documentation
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered outpatient experience
