About The Position

Functional Pathways is currently hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for Our Lady of Peace in Charlottesville, VA. Our Lady of Peace is a well-established senior living community offering a full continuum of care with on-site therapy services in a dedicated therapy gym. This role allows clinicians to make a meaningful impact and build strong relationships with residents in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with strong clinical support, modern resources, and a beautiful setting. Functional Pathways has provided world-class clinical services for 30 years, offering therapists the opportunity to work with evidence-based programs across the full continuum of care. Our holistic, patient-centered approach addresses neurological, cardiopulmonary, cognitive, and musculoskeletal needs, incorporating innovative treatments. Therapists receive training and certification in specialty programs through our CORE4+ and Wellness offerings, with company-paid CEUs through MedBridge available to full-time and part-time team members.

Requirements

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
Active state license required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Implement the plan of care as established by the RPT and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care.
