About The Position

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides patient care and patient-related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies and procedures. The role supports high-quality, person-centered care delivered with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity. The assistant works cooperatively with coworkers and helps ensure residents’ rights and personal property are respected.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
Successful completion of the certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current registration or licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant.

Provide care to patients as directed by a licensed therapist.
