About The Position

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the PTA helps patients improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment. The role emphasizes consistent, high-quality care, functional outcomes, clinical autonomy, and meaningful relationships with patients. TMC partners with skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities to provide rehabilitation services.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Implement patient-centered treatment plans that support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement, endurance, and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans according to individual rehabilitation needs.
