About The Position

We are looking for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. InHome Therapy prioritizes its therapists and is currently hiring for a home health PTA position in and around Kissimmee. This role focuses on treating adult and geriatric populations in their homes. The position offers a consistent caseload through an agency partner network, flexible scheduling, and therapy-first clinical and administrative support. There are opportunities for growth, including leadership roles and career advancement. A tablet with a data plan is provided, along with mileage reimbursement and tools to reduce windshield time. Paid training and ongoing mentorship are also included. The compensation is on a per-visit basis, ranging from $45-53 per visit, with final compensation dependent on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
