About The Position
All Star Physical Therapy is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. This is a full-time, split position between our Fallbrook and Temecula Parkway locations. All Star PT supports its clinicians through a specific Professional Development Program (PDP) with a direct clinical mentor, fully paid trainings, certifications and education programs offered through Evidence in Motion (EIM), AI enabled Clinical documentation which therapists report reduces documentation time by 90%, comprehensive mentorship and career development, and leadership and talent development opportunities.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
- Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
- Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
- Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment
