About The Position
Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team! This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for residents.
