About The Position
A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Deerfield Beach, FL is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. This role offers a competitive salary, flexible schedule options including a 4-day work schedule or Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and the opportunity to see 2 patients per hour. The clinic provides a full benefits package and is looking for someone to follow treatment plans, assist patients with therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation, and support various aspects of patient recovery.
Requirements
- Florida PTA License required
- PTA Degree required
- Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
- Organized and professional work style
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Following treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
- Assisting patients with therapeutic exercise and functional rehab
- Supporting strength, flexibility, gait, mobility, and balance work
- Monitoring patient progress during treatment
- Reporting updates and concerns to the supervising PT
- Reinforcing home exercise programs
- Completing clear and accurate documentation
- Helping maintain a professional treatment environment
