About The Position
PAM Health is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) with flexible scheduling options to join our team. We care for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care across over 80 locations nationwide. The PTA will provide direct patient care, plan and implement treatment programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist, and contribute to the development of services within various facilities.
Requirements
- PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- Prior inpatient hospital experience
- One year of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System
- Further development of the services
- Meeting the needs of the system within many different facilities
