About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Henderson, NV is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient team. At FYZICAL, we’re passionate about helping patients get back to the activities and lives they love. Our clinics combine orthopedic rehabilitation with FYZICAL’s unique expertise in balance and vestibular therapy, giving our clinicians the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while continuing to expand their skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current or eligible Nevada PTA license
- Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates
- Interest in continuing education and professional development

Responsibilities
- Carrying out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Providing therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual techniques, and other appropriate interventions
- Educating and encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation
- Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes with the supervising PT
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Working collaboratively with PTs and other team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Helping create a positive, welcoming, and motivating environment for our patients
