About The Position

We are seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. At InHome Therapy, we prioritize our therapists. We are currently hiring for Full-Time or Part-Time home health Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in and around West Houston and Katy, focusing on treating adult and geriatric populations. This position offers a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, flexible scheduling where you control your time, mileage reimbursement, and tools to minimize windshield time. A tablet, data plan, and supplies are provided, along with paid training, ongoing mentorship, and therapy-first clinical and administrative support. There are opportunities for growth, including leadership roles and career advancement.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
