About The Position
A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Fort Lauderdale, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to help deliver practical, goal-based therapy services. In this position, you will work with patients as they complete treatment activities designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and daily function. This is a full-time opportunity with schedule flexibility, strong benefits, and a patient volume of 2 patients per hour.
Requirements
- Florida PTA License required
- PTA Degree required
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Interest in orthopedic outpatient therapy

Responsibilities
- Follow treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional tasks
- Provide instruction on movement, posture, and exercise technique
- Observe patient response and communicate updates to the PT
- Help progress patients through treatment activities as appropriate
- Keep treatment spaces clean, prepared, and safe
- Complete treatment documentation in a timely manner
- Encourage patient participation and consistency during sessions
