About The Position
Join FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, a growing outpatient clinic specializing in orthopedics, balance, and vestibular therapy. This role offers the opportunity to treat an average of approximately 12 patients per day in a supportive, tech-enabled environment designed for better patient outcomes. The position emphasizes quality care with 1-on-1 patient interaction and 40-minute sessions, supported by experienced Physical Therapists and AI-assisted documentation to reduce after-hours charting.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
- Support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
