About The Position

IU Health is seeking passionate, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join their team. This part-time position is located in Muncie, IN, within an orthopedic and sports medicine building that also houses a physician office and an OP Orthopedic Surgery Center. The role focuses on providing direct patient care and selected physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a physical therapist. The position offers opportunities for learning from a large team of PTs, PTAs, and OTs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and interdepartmental learning. New and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant education program, or if foreign trained, graduation from an assistant physical therapist education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Indiana.
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Responsibilities
