Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This role offers flexibility, independence, and the ability to increase earnings while providing meaningful one-on-one care in patients' homes. The coverage area includes The Villages, FL / Sumter County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position utilizes a pay-per-visit model with opportunities for additional earnings, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend. Technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) is provided to reduce documentation time and allow clinicians to spend more time with patients. The company also offers structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship programs, ongoing clinical training, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
