About The Position

In this role, the Physical Therapist Assistant renders treatment programs for referred patients according to accepted principles and practices of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist Assistant is supervised by and reports to the Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist. This role also supervises aides and students and supports all programs in the Rehabilitation Continuum. The Physical Therapist Assistant maintains working relationships with Hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and hospital support personnel.

Requirements

• 2 year/Associate Degree
• Relevant experience
• BLS Certification
• PA Physical Therapy Asst. License
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Microsoft Office Applications
