About The Position
A community facility located south of Kalispell, MT is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist Assistant to join their Rehabilitation team! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a day shift schedule, offering either (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts. The setting is mostly outpatient, and the facility boasts a great therapy leadership and administration team. Sleep rooms are available for commuters.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Must have an active PTA License
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Physical Therapist Assistant instructs and assists patients to perform various physical activities and in the use of assistive and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses
- Observes and monitors patients during treatment sessions, compiling and evaluating progress data to report to the Physical Therapist
- Physical Therapist Assistant performs routine clerical tasks, including inventory management, supply ordering, answering phones, and completing required documentation
- Measures and records range of motion, strength, limb measurements, and vital signs to assess treatment effectiveness
