Requirements
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities
- Treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
- Collaborate with PTs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
- Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
- Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
