About The Position

We are looking for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. This full-time or part-time home health position offers a supportive environment with better tools and a schedule that works for you. We are currently hiring PTAs in and around Houston to treat adult and geriatric patients. InHome Therapy prioritizes its therapists, offering more support, advanced tools, and a flexible schedule. We provide steady referrals through our agency partner network, allowing you to pick your own hours and build your schedule around patient needs. Additionally, you can earn additional weekly pay through the IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus based on visit complexity and volume. Mileage reimbursement, a tablet, data plan, and supplies are provided, along with paid training, ongoing mentorship, and concierge-level clinical and administrative support. There are also opportunities for growth, including leadership roles and career advancement.

Requirements

Active PTA license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
