Requirements
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct therapy sessions, including exercise programs, functional activities, and interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in patient education and family training to promote successful rehabilitation outcomes
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
