Provide hands-on rehabilitation services as a Physical Therapist Assistant while enjoying the work-life balance of rural Kansas living, near Goodland, KS.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license or certification required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program required
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, functional training, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing physical therapy services preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
- Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates to the care team
- Assist patients in achieving mobility, strength, and functional goals
- Work in a collaborative environment focused on quality patient outcomes
