About The Position

HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to residents across diverse care settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. This position is PART-TIME at 15 – 20 hours per week. The facility is located on the west side of South Bend, about 6 miles from downtown, and offers comprehensive sub-acute rehabilitation services with a large, fully equipped therapy gym. HTS is a therapist-owned and managed company that is 100% vested in perfecting rehabilitation. They are also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis, at all of their therapy sites in St. Joseph County.

Requirements

• Active State Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license.
• Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program.
• Subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam.
• Fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
