About The Position
TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned company with over 20 years of clinical excellence. Our outpatient clinics specialize in treating a diverse range of orthopedic, sports, and neurological patients, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices. This role emphasizes hands-on, one-on-one patient care, allowing clinicians the time and autonomy to design effective treatment plans. Unlike other settings, you will not be managing multiple patients simultaneously or overwhelmed by documentation, enabling you to focus on the work you were trained for.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current or eligible for New York State PTA license
- Interest in orthopedic, sports, and/or neurological rehabilitation
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse outpatient caseload, including post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, neurological conditions, and work-related injuries.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced therapists who share best practices and support each other's clinical development.
