About The Position

Health In Motion is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver outpatient care at its Hayward, Wisconsin clinic. The role supports patients through physical therapy treatment, observes and reports patient responses to a Physical Therapist, and coordinates with staff and other health team members to plan and adjust treatment programs. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a stated salary of $23–$28 per hour. Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding care in an outpatient setting.
Assist in evaluating clients’ daily living skills and capacities to determine the extent of their abilities and limitations.
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques, including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and the Isokinetic program.
Observe patients during treatments and report observations to the Physical Therapist.
Communicate with staff and other health team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs.
