About The Position

Team Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for its outpatient clinic network. The role provides high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, treating and educating patients while supporting measurable improvements in health and quality of life. The position includes documentation, supervision of Techs during specified modalities, collaboration on treatment protocols and clinic research, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Treat patients, address their questions, and educate them about injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
Supervise Techs during modalities for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients, and assist with setup and cleanup.
Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
Maintain productivity expectations of 60 treatments in a 40-hour week in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
Participate in clinic research studies.
Continue professional growth through CEUs and approved coursework.
