About The Position

We are looking for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. Home health is an ideal setting for PTAs seeking to make a real difference without being constrained by rigid schedules or excessive paperwork. We are currently hiring home health PTAs in and around Naples to treat adult and geriatric populations. This role offers steady referrals through our agency partner network, the ability to pick your own hours, and opportunities for additional weekly pay through the IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus based on visit complexity and volume. Mileage reimbursement, a provided tablet, data plan, and supplies, along with paid training, ongoing mentorship, and concierge-level clinical and administrative support, are also key aspects of this position. Requirements

Active PTA license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
